This policy explains what personal information Apex Fit ("we", "us") collects when you use apexfitcoaching.com and our coaching services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Apex Fit is an online fitness coaching platform offering training programs, nutrition guidance, one-on-one coach chat and video check-in calls. Our website is built and hosted on the Wix platform.

2. Information we collect

• Account details: your first name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are handled by Wix's secure login system; we never see them.
• Purchase details: your name, email, phone number and billing information when you buy a plan. Payments are processed by Wix and our payment providers (such as PayPal and card processors). We do not store your full card number.
• Form submissions: your email when you join our newsletter, and the details you enter when you request a check-in call (name, email, preferred platform, date, time, time zone and any notes).
• Coaching information: anything you choose to share with your coach, such as goals, progress photos, measurements, training logs or health notes.
• Messages: one-on-one chat happens on Instagram. Those messages are handled by Instagram (Meta) under its own privacy policy.
• Technical data: basic device, browser and usage information collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies by Wix and by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps protect our sign-up form from spam.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver your plan, coaching, chat support and check-in calls.
• To process payments, send receipts and manage your account.
• To schedule and send you the link for Zoom or Google Meet calls.
• To send training tips if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and spam, and improve our services.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. Your photos and results

Progress photos and results you share stay private between you and your coaching team. We will only publish your photos, name or story (for example, as a transformation on our website or social media) with your explicit permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services we need to run Apex Fit, including:

• Wix for website hosting, accounts, forms and checkout.
• Payment providers such as PayPal and card processors.
• Google for reCAPTCHA spam protection, and for Google Meet if you choose it for a call.
• Zoom if you choose it for a call.
• Instagram (Meta) when you message a coach.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.

6. International use

Apex Fit is operated from India and serves clients in other countries, including the United States. Your information may be processed in India, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and afterwards only as long as required for legal, tax or legitimate business purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Security

We rely on Wix's secure infrastructure and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Age requirement

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date at the top.
