Terms of Service
Effective November 2, 2026
These terms apply when you use apexfitcoaching.com, create an account, or buy an Apex Fit plan. By doing any of these, you agree to them.
1. Who can use Apex Fit
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or buy a plan.
2. Health and safety
Apex Fit is not a medical service. Our programs, nutrition guidance and coaching are for general fitness and education only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.
3. Assumption of risk
Physical exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose to take part voluntarily, you are responsible for training safely and within your limits, and you accept those risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Plans and payment
- Plans are one-time payments in US dollars that give access for a fixed period: Basic (1 month), Pro (3 months) and Apex (6 months).
- Access starts when your purchase is completed. Plans do not renew automatically.
- Payments are processed securely through Wix and our payment providers. Prices may change, but changes never affect a plan you have already bought.
5. Refunds
Because plans give immediate access to coaching and personalized programs, payments are generally non-refundable. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review your request and do our best to make it right, including a refund where appropriate. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
6. Coaching services
- Every plan includes one-on-one coach chat through Instagram and the option to request video check-in calls on Zoom or Google Meet.
- Coaches reply as soon as they reasonably can. Response times and call slots depend on availability and are not guaranteed.
- Check-in calls are confirmed when your coach sends you a meeting link.
7. Results
Results depend on many factors, including consistency, genetics, sleep, nutrition and health. Transformations shown on our site are real, but they are examples and not a promise of specific results.
8. Your account
Keep your login details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think it has been misused.
9. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site or our services. That includes abusing coaches or other members, attempting to break or interfere with the site, or using it for anything unlawful.
10. Our content
Programs, workouts, nutrition guides, videos and other materials are owned by Apex Fit and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use during your plan. Don't copy, resell or share them.
11. Third-party services
We use third-party services such as Wix, PayPal, Instagram, Zoom and Google. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they operate.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Fit and its coaches are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for injury resulting from your participation in any program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan the claim relates to.
13. Ending access
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using Apex Fit at any time.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date at the top. Continuing to use Apex Fit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
